Clay has been bugging us to get him a John Deere hat for about 3-4 months. (He's also been bugging us to get a combine, a horse and a big barn, but we're holding off a little while on those.) We've been casually looking for one for awhile, but Sunday after church we stopped at every farm store we could find until we finally found the John Deere hat. Daddy couldn't resist buying him the shirt to go with it. They're both a little big and I'd like to say that he'll grow into it, but I know that he will have worn them both out before he gets big enough for them to fit ! On the way home, Clay said "I wish we had a John Deere house!" I told him maybe when he gets big he can have his own John Deere house.
